I was invited to give a keynote plenary lecture at the NAM conference to 500 delegates, on the issues of bullying and harassment in the astronomy and geophysics communities. The talk was well received, with meaningful impact, aiding discussion, and with delegates being made aware of recommendations and actions they could do to improve anti-bullying and harassment practices in their institutions.
